The final balance is due six weeks before arrival, and a minimum stay is 3 nights. Over the Christmas period our minimum stay is 10 nights.
Cancellation Policy: We recommend our clients have insurance against the possibility of a cancellation fee. When a cancellation is made more than six weeks before proposed arrival we will retain the deposit. When booking cancelled more than three week before proposed arrival we will refund 50% of costs paid. Regretfully, no refunds can be given after this date unless we obtain a replacement booking.
